Turns out the problem is fixed by upgrading Volumizer from 2.7 to 2.8. For each of the shapes, you would want a vzBlock geometry. However, for the last 3 vzBlock's you would use a vzSlicePlaneSet with the appropriate plane equations for Axial, Sagittal and Coronal MPR.
